Usman Sayed is the founder of Smart Start Real Estate. He started in real estate at a very early age by helping his father Asghar M. Sayed, a real estate broker with admin tasks and after graduation, jumped straight into real estate. Despite being immersed in real estate, Usman never fit the mold of a traditional real estate agent.
Currently, Usman is working diligently to reshape the real estate broker-centric business model of 20th century to bring positive customer-centric changes to the industry.
He considers himself a native of Northern Virginia. He has a beautiful daughter and volunteers his free time in various local charities.
